This form is for victims and survivors who want to receive the Church of England's survivor participation newsletter. The newsletter is produced by the National Safeguarding Team (NST) and sent once a month.

Occasionally we send an additional update if we have important news to share.

The purpose of the newsletter is to keep victims and survivors informed of safeguarding-related news, developments, and participation opportunities in the Church of England.

We will only process your data with your consent. Please read our privacy notice.

I consent to my personal data being used in the following ways:

1. To receive the monthly survivor participation newsletter from the National Safeguarding Team (NST).
2. To be kept informed of safeguarding-related news, updates and opportunities to participate.
3. For monitoring purposes.

If I participate in activities organised by other National Church Institutions than the National Safeguarding Team, my details will only be shared with my explicit consent.
